We didn’t want to inconvenience my family to drive us to the airport so early. The only reason we booked this hotel as it was expensive for what you get (and we have relatives that live near the airport) was bc of the shuttle. There were no alerts to this on the website or while I was booking that the shuttle was “first come first serve” or that you should reserve it more than a day in advance if you want an early morning spot. I’ve never had to reserve a shuttle more than 24 hours in advance before. Mind you we needed a shuttle for 4/4:30 in the morning. Upon check in we were informed that there were no more early morning shuttles available.
